Odessa Deutschesfest Celebration!

Thanks you for your interest in the Flea Market and Craft Fair!  We hope you will consider participating in our biggest and best street fair ever! Odessa High School Band, Future Farmers of America and Future Business Leaders of America host this year’s event.  We have reduced rates, doubled the size of the street spaces and hope to make this a great event for all of our vendors!

Deutschesfest celebrates the German heritage of our community.  With 15,000 visitors annually, there are plenty of attractions, a huge bier garten and authentic German food for all visitors.  We hope that you will participate in this exciting festival.

Flea Market and Craft Fair Information 

Location:              Odessa, Washington Division Street

Dates:                   September 16, 17 & 18, 2011

Hours:                   Friday & Saturday 10:00 am-7:00 pm, Sunday 11 am-2:00 pm

Prices:                   10’ x 10’ $50/space, $25 for each additional, limit 3

Spaces:                 Spaces are on paved streets & cement tennis courts

Setup:                    Setup 10:00 am on Thursday, September 15  through Friday
   morning.

Rules:                    This is a family event.  All products that you are selling should be
                               acceptable for families.

ü      Items that are weapons and drug paraphernalia are not allowed.  You will be asked to leave if selling inappropriate items. 

ü      There are very strict rules regarding food sales.  Local community members sell all food only.  Most ready to eat food products will not be allowed.  Preserved products such as jam, honey, nuts are acceptable.  Please clear all food items ahead of time.

Overnight:          There are several places in town to park RVs.  The street right behind the flea market is reserved for vendors.  The park is available for free and there is a charge for parking at the baseball fields.  All are within walking distance of the Flea Market and Craft Fair.
